A. positive cells were found by TUNEL staining: a shrinking cell body, nuclear pyrosis, chromatin condensation and tan or brown granules; B. cell apoptosis rate of the stathmin-specific shRNA group was obviously higher than those of the blank and NC groups (p<0.05); C. the clone number of stathmin-specific shRNA group was less than blank and NC groups; D. the clone number of stathmin-specific shRNA group significantly was decreased, as compared to those of the blank and NC groups (p<0.05); NC, lung adenocarcinoma PC-9 cells transfected with negative control shRNA.
