(A) Anchorage-independent growth assays of CtBP2-overexpressing cells and CtBP2-silenced cells both in MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells. MDA-MB-231-CtBP2, MDA-MB-231-CtBP2-shRNA and the respective control cells were inoculated into the nude mice. (D) Tumor volumes were measured on the indicated days.
