G-415 and GB-d1 cells were treated with 17-AAG or GA (12 μM and 15 μM, respectively) for 24 hours. Control cells received an equivalent amount of solvent only. Western blot analysis was carried out using antibodies against HSP90 and HSP90 clients proteins. Protein loading was normalized using an antibody recognizing α-tubulin.
