We used the Oncoprint feature of the cBioPortal (http://www.cbioportal.org) to determine the copy number alteration frequency of each individual gene in CAP within selected cancer subtypes. The percentages of alterations in CAP2, CAP1, CFL1, CFL2, and DSTN genes in the prostate cancer (A).
