ALL cells were treated with PD98059 (5 μM) and dexamethasone (Dex, 100 nM) alone or in combination for 24 h. The fluorescence intensity for mitochondrial membrane potential changes (A, B), intracellular reactive oxygen species generation (C, D), cytochrome c release (E, F) and caspase 3 activity (G, H) was measured with SAFAS Xenius XC Spectrofluorometer.
