Effect of sinomenine on ATP-activated current in HEK293 cells expressing the P2X3 receptor. Whole cell patch clamp recordings were performed on the HEK293 cells transfected with the P2X3 receptor. The results showed that sinomenine (10 μM) inhibited ATP-activated current in HEK293 cells.
