Brain regions with significant differences for the contrast (2Hz finger-tapping cued by visual stimuli > rest) in subjects with and without migraine: the cluster in the bilateral cuneus encompasses the superior border of the calcarine sulcus (V1, BA 17) and extrastriate cortex (V2, BA 18). Statistical parameter maps were thresholded on a voxel-wise basis at Z=2.3 and a (corrected) cluster significance threshold of p=0.05.
