The figure shows a distribution of the weighted genetic risk score (wGRS) based on 102 non-human leukocyte antigen (HLA) loci and the HLA-DRB1*1501 allele (wGRS_102+HLA) in healthy controls (HC), sporadic MS (sMS) and multiplex MS (fMS). The significance is indicated as ***P < 0.0001.
