The effects of 2-PMPA (100 mg/kg) on the acute ambulatory activity (a) and stereotypy (b) induced by increasing doses of MDPV (0.5, 1 and 3 mg/kg). Data were measured as counts and summed over 90 min. The dose-dependent increase in ambulatory activity and stereotypy produced by MDPV was not significantly affected by pretreatment with 2-PMPA (both p > 0.05).
