The transition point between homologous and non-homologous DNA segments of P1105 and other phages reveals striking consistency. The inverted repeat present in all phage genomes is shown in orange and grey. It separates sequences, which are identical in P1105 and phiNM3 from sequences that are identical in P1105 and the other phages. Homologous sequences are depicted in blue.
