H/R modulates the expression level of miR-15a in H9c2 cells. Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis indicated that miR-15a expression in H9c2 cells was upregulated in the H/R group, when compared with the control (normoxia) group. Results were normalized to U6 and expressed as the fold change relative to the control. Data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation from three independent experiments. ^^P<0.01 vs. normoxia.
