(A) ERK1/2 phosphorylation was measured using western blotting with anti-phospho-ERK1/2 (p-ERK1/2) antibodies in Raw264.7 cells stimulated with 100 ng/ml SCRG1. Total ERK1/2 levels were measured using a primary anti-ERK1/2 (ERK1/2) antibody. As a loading control β-actin levels were measured using an anti-β-actin antibody. (B) Densitometry analysis of band intensity in western blotting was expressed as the ratio of phosphorylation to the total molecule. *P<0.05, statistically significant vs. unstimulated control.
