The summarized parameters shoulp help to decide which tumour entity is appropriate for the particular experiment. The secondary tumours were most often found a few weeks after injection at the ear base and were histologically confirmed to be of the same origin as the primary tumours, whereas the genesis could not be resolved definitely (see section 3.5).
