Abscisic acid (ABA) content and ABA metabolism-related genes in the latent buds and shoot apexes of Thompson seedless grapevines. Gene expression analysis of the ABA biosynthesis genes VvNCED1 and VvNCED2 and an ABA catabolism gene VvA8H3 was performed by RT-qPCR and normalized against VvUBIQUITIN (A).
