MOAG-4 accelerates α-Syn aggregation. A, the aggregation kinetics of α-Syn (12.5 μm) in the presence (red) and absence (black) of an equal molar concentration of MOAG-4 was monitored by measuring ThT fluorescence at pH 6.0 and 37 °C. The data represent nine replicates, where one solution was divided into nine samples and the assay was run in parallel in the same plate. B, SDS-PAGE analysis of the soluble and insoluble fractions of the sample at different incubation times. The aggregation of α-Syn (200 μm) was made at pH 7.4 and 37 °C in the presence of an equal molar concentration of MOAG-4.
