Fig. 8 — Hyperthermia effects of the HIDPPDNEs under NIR laser irradiation. Upon exposure to an 808-nm laser with an intensity of 6 W/cm², the variations of temperature in the samples of HIDPPDNEs (a) and freely dissolved ICG (b) with concentrations of 0- (PBS only), 0.5-, 1-, 2-, 4-, and 10-μM ICG equivalent were measured using a digital thermometer every 30 s for 5 min.
