(A) 1 × 10⁶ PC-3(CTL) or PC-3(MEAF6-1) were subcutaneously injected into nude mice (CTL n = 16; MEAF6-1 n = 20). Tumor volume was measured using a caliper. (B) Tumors were extracted and processed for RNA and protein analysis. Relative quantification of MEAF6-1, ID1, and ID3 compared to 18S via real-time qPCR. Protein expressions was detected via Western blot using antibodies against exogenous Flag-MEAF6, ID1, and loading control beta-actin. Results are presented as the mean ± SEM (Student t-test; ***denotes p < 0.001 and *denotes p < 0.05).
