Nude mice with subcutaneously injected with 4×10⁶ of FLO-1 cells. Mice bearing established xenograft were then treated with a dose of 60 mg/kg CAN508 by once a day intraperitoneal injection for 10 days (A) or a dose of 4 mg/kg of Flavopiridol by once a day intraperitoneal injection for 8 days (B). Tumor growth was measured by tumor volume. Data are presented as the percentage of tumor growth. *represents p-value < 0.01 compared to control group. Body weight was measured once a week and data is shown relative to the body weight at day of treatment starting.
