(A) The cells were treated with Stel B (0.0064 μM) and/or Imatinib (0.1 μM) for 48 h, and grown in soft agar at 37°C. Ten days later, colonies more than 0.1 mm in diameter were counted using Image J software. (B) Quantification of the colonies formed by K562 cells in soft agar after treatment with Stel B and Imatinib alone or in combination.
