Fig. 2 — No differences in ROS levels in the wild type mice when treated with cisplatin. Wild type mice were treated with one cisplatin injection (2 mg/kg) and in two days, were euthanized and tissues were collected. Then, the whole cell lysates were analyzed for ROS levels.
