(A) Macerated herbal oil: clear yellow herb aroma oil was obtained in this experiment. (B) Total phenolic concentration: the macerated herbal oil was diluted in DMSO to dilutions 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 which had total phenolic concentrations equivalent to gallic acid 1.94 mg/mL, 0.35 mg/mL, 0.093 mg/mL, and 0.035 mg/mL, respectively.
