DPPH and ABTS assays: the macerated herbal oil was diluted in DMSO to dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, and the antioxidant activity was evaluated using the DPPH assay (A) and the ABTS assay (B). The results were presented as %radical scavenging (%inhibition).
