HMGA2 upregulates Twist1 and VE-cadherin expression in GC cell lines. (A) Immunofluorescence staining. Overexpression of HMGA2 increased the expression of Twist1 and VE-cadherin, while HMGA2 silencing inhibited Twist1 and VE-cadherin expression (bar, 50 um). Western blot (B) and semi-quantitative RT-PCR (C) were performed to analyze the expression of Twist1 and VE-cadherin in GC cells (*P < 0.05). The results show that Overexpression HMGA2 induced upregulation of Twist1 and VE-cadherin expression, the inverse change were obtained with the knockdown of HMGA2.
