HCV replicon-induced c-Src, p38 MAPK, and JNK are sensitive to antioxidants. Huh-7 and FCA4 cells were treated with the antioxidant PDTC (100 μM) for 6 h. Equal amounts of cellular lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-phospho-Src, anti-phospho-p38 MAPK, and anti-phospho-JNK antibodies.
