Up-regulation of miR-370 inhibited the Wnt/β-Catenin signaling pathway. (A-E) Overexpression of miR-370 in hFOB1.19, MG63 and U2OS cells decreased the mRNA levels of FOXM1, β-Catenin, c-Myc and Cyclin D1. The hFOB1.19, MG63 and U2OS cells were transfected with miR-370 mimics or miR-NC for 24 h. Next, the expression of miR-370 (A), FOXM1 (B), β-Catenin (c), c-Myc (D) and Cyclin D1 (E) was determined by qRT-PCR. Representative data from three independent experiments are shown. **P<0.001.
