There is a strong correlation between ΔΔE_vdw-gb and ΔΔG°_exp. Positive values of ΔΔG° indicate stabilizing effects. EH ●; GA ; HP35 ; NTL9 ; PSBD ▲; Trp-cage ; UBA ; Ubiquitin ■; r=0.94 and p=0.0004. Positive ΔΔG° values indicate stabilization.
