Effect of ginsenoside Rb3 on PEPCK in HepG2 hepatocytes. The cells were incubated with 0, 12.5, or 25 µM ginsenoside Rb3. Total protein was extracted after a 24-h incubation period, using the protein extraction kits. Western blotting was performed in the cells to check total protein levels of PEPCK.
