Transcriptional regulation of COX-2 and iNOS in Leydig cells. Gene expression of (A) COX-2 and (B) iNOS was examined by reverse-transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis 12 h after the indicated treatments. LPS alone significantly increased the expression of COX-2 and iNOS, which was inhibited by roscovitine, while COX-2 mRNA levels were still higher than those in the control and DMSO groups. *P<0.05; **P<0.01.
