The amounts of tRNA and 5S rRNA in the PoTC were compared by UREA-PAGE. (A) Lane 1, size marker; Lane 2, total RNA from 5 pmol of PoTC. (B) The density analysis from lane 2 in (A). The top and bottom peaks correspond to 5S rRNA and tRNA, respectively. The numbers on each peak are generated by ImageJ analysis of the density of 5S rRNA and tRNA.
