Decreased Expression of miR-1290 Promotes Tumor Sensitivity to 5-FU In Vivo

HCT116-5Fu_res cell lines stably expressing miR-1290 inhibitor (anti-miR-1290) or vector control (NC) were subcutaneously injected into nude mice. After 3 weeks, 5-FU (50 mg·kg⁻¹·d⁻¹) or the same volume of saline were intraperitoneally injected for five consecutive days per week for 4 weeks. (A) Nude mice were euthanized on day 49, and tumors were immediately peeled off.
