Two asterisks (**) denotes significant difference p<0.05 between diploid comparisons. Three asterisks (***) denotes significant difference p<0.05 between triploid comparisons. Purple boxes denote wave of nuclear division that was only observable in the last nuclear division preceding cellularization.
