Huh-7 hepatocyte cell line was infected with DENV-2 (TCID50 = 5 x 107/mL) for 48-72 h and treated with different concentrations of UGB, UGL or untreated. IL-6, IL-8 or macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) were detected in cell culture supernatants by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Heat inactivated DENV was used as control. The values were represented as mean ± standard error mean (SEM).
