DA accumulation in vesicles was specifically disrupted from midbrain LepR neurons in LIC::Vmat2fl°x/fl°xmice. In the VTA, majority of LepR neurons (red) were costained by DA (green) in LIC::VMAT2+/+::Ai9 mice (A, C).
