OSC reduced inflammatory mediators in the OGD/R-challenged BV-2 cells. BV-2 cells were exposed to OGD for 3 h followed by 24 h of reoxygenation. OSC (3 μM) was added to the medium immediately after the OGD phase. (A-F) mRNA expression of TNF-α (A), IL-1β (B), IL-6 (C), MCP-1 (D), COX-2 (E), and iNOS (F) was detected by qPCR assay.
