The protein expression of ovarian tissues was analyzed by western blot. The effects of CRY on inhibin B, activin A and follistatin protein expression in rats with DHEA-induced PCOS in the following groups: control, DHEA and DHEA + CRY group. As is shown above, the expression of inhibin B and follistatin significantly increased in DHEA group than that of control group, while in DHEA + CRY group were decreased according to statistics. The expression of activin A significantly decreased in DHEA group than that of control group, while in DHEA + CRY group were increased according to statistics.
