(A) Vero cells infected with the Ba71V isolate (MOI = 2) were fixed at 6, 12, and 16 hpi and analyzed by immunofluorescence for pA104R, ASFV, and DNA. In the merged images, pA104R, ASFV, and DAPI staining is shown in green, red, and blue, respectively. Representative images from at least two independent experiments are shown.
