Additional file 2: Video 1. Visualize the Clonal Units of the Drosophila Brain. This video demonstrates visualizing 96 channels of the clonal units in the Drosophila brain. All channels can be rendered simultaneously and interactively in FluoRender. One can select a channel by directly clicking in the render view.
