CWPS treatment led to restraint of Th1/Th17 cell proliferation in AD-like mice. The spleen was extracted from AD-like BALB/c mice at the last day of the experiment, and single-cell suspension of splenocyte was prepared. The intracellular IFN-γ and IL-17 production of splenic CD4⁺ T cells were compared by FACS analysis (A).
