Characterizing the phages displaying NbGH07. Phage enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) was performed using serial decimal concentrations (phage\ml) of phage-Nbs, M13-NbGH01 and M13-NbGH07, against a directly immobilized GH [1 µg/ml (A)] or after capturing with NbGH04 [0.2 µg/ml (B)]. (C) A comparison between the different anti-GH phage-Nb prepared from phagemids-containing TG1 cells. Phage yield (phage/ml culture) was calculated using model VI sandwich ELISA. Nanobody yield (pmoles/ml culture) was calculated using model V sandwich ELISA after considering the molecular weight of each nanobody. Display factor (Nb pmoles/1011 phages) was calculated for each phage-Nb.
