Both K_{m app.} and V_{max app} decrease at increasing concentrations of MG149. B) The velocity of KAT8 was determined at 0 - 400 µM of the histone substrate (histone H4 peptide) in the presence of 0, 80, 160 and 240 µM MG149 respectively.
