Comparison among IgG4 reactivities of BmR1, Ov-BmR1 and Ll-BmR1 using a panel of serum samples from patients with various parasitic infections and healthy controls (endemic and non-endemic normals). BmR1 is the antigen expressed by Bm17DIII DNA sequence; while Ov-BmR1 and Ll-BmR1 are the antigens expressed by the homologs of Bm17DIII DNA sequence in O. volvulus and L. loa respectively.
