Effects of YPC‐21661 on DNA binding of ZNF143. (a) PC‐3/3xFlag‐ZNF143 was treated with YPC‐21661 for 16 h at the indicated concentrations. Soluble chromatin was incubated with an anti‐Flag (M2) affinity gel or anti‐mouse IgG with protein A/G agarose by rotation at 4°C for 16 h.
