Viability assay for oral carcinoma cells under hypoxia. The numbers of viable (Trypan blue-excluding) cells were determined after 24 or 48 hours, and the percent of viability of hypoxic cells plotted relative to normoxic control cells; viabilities under normoxia were 100% for all cells.
