Expression patterns are shown in colored panel where red, green, and black colors indicate transcript levels with induction, reduction and no-difference, respectively based on qRT-PCR results (Supplementary Fig. S3). The boxes within a panel indicate the expression levels of each gene in SV-treated plants compared to control during 0 to 72 h post infection (hpi). The genes marked in red color are based on the microarray results (Table 1). Pointed arrows indicate activation and blunt arrows indicate repression.
