Pu-erh tea extract inhibited the expression of the RANKL-induced osteoclast-specific proteins. NFATc1, c-Src, c-Fos, cathepsin K, and β-tubulin levels were detected by western blotting, and the results were quantified using AlphaView software. Representative images are displayed.
