Comparison of gastric microbiota in N and S groups at various taxonomic levels. (A) Phylum Bacteroidetes was enriched in the non-atrophic gastritis group and had significant difference to the atrophic gastritis groups. (B-E) The proportion of Firmicutes, Fusobacteria, Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria were varied in the two groups without statistical significances. Prevotella was accumulated in the N gastritis group at the genus level (F, P=0.05).
