Cell cytotoxicity assay. The concentrations of TP used were 10−10, 10−8, 10−6, 10−4 and 10−2 mol/l. When concentration of TP was >10−6 mol/l, cell growth was inhibited in a time- and dose-dependent manner. The mean inhibitory rate following treatment with 10−5 mol/l TP for 24 h was 20%, and cell viability was significantly decreased compared with the control group (t=3.68; P=0.021). *P<0.05, **P<0.01 vs. control group.
