miR-129 overexpression suppresses IL-17A and DNMT3a expression in endothelial cells. Mouse glomerular endothelial cells were transfected with mimics, inhibitors, and controls against miR-129. Protein (100 µg) was resolved on SDS-PAGE gels and probed with the appropriate antibodies overnight. Band intensities were quantified using ImageJ software.
