Taxa with limited differences between the paired samples are tightly distributed around zero, and those with increased relative abundance after EnzD have positive distributions. Note the median RA for Fusobacteria in sputum is less than 1%. P-values correspond to Benjamini–Hochberg corrected Wilcoxon Signed rank test for paired samples.
