SFN inhibits paclitaxel-induced NF-κB activation and IκBα degradation. (A) MDA-MB-231 cells treated with 5 µM SFN and 10 nM paclitaxel were assayed for NF-κB activation using an electrophoretic mobility shift assay. (B) P-IKK and IκBα in cytosolic proteins collected from the assay were detected using a western blot. GAPDH was used as the loading control. (C) Whole cell lysates were resolved on a 10% SDS gel and P-Akt S473 was detected with western blotting.
